The opportunity
Healthy landscapes need more than water. They need control.
Turf, shrubs, trees, planters and green walls rarely need the same water. The design divides the site into hydrozones and gives each the right method, pressure and schedule — inside a night-time irrigation window.
Each project type has its own hydraulic problem, and the design has to solve it before the civil work closes the routes.

Appearance is the product. Uniformity, quiet night operation and no over-spray on hardscape and guests.

Treated-water sources, large mainlines, central control and reporting for the facility team.
EPC scope
Everything between the water source and the plant.
Designed to our engineering process, procured from established manufacturers, installed by SquareRoots site teams, commissioned against the design basis, and handed over with as-builts and training.
- Hydrozoning from the planting plan: turf, shrubs, trees, planters and green walls on separate zones and methods
- Sprinkler selection on operating pressure and spacing, with precipitation-rate and uniformity checks
- Pressure regulation, air release and flushing designed in — especially on podiums and slopes
- Controllers, solenoid valves, sensors and remote monitoring sized to how the site will be operated
- Coordination with landscape, civil, plumbing and electrical packages during construction
- Handover with as-built drawings, commissioning records, O&M manuals and operator training
